Our Pledge

    Here at the Provincial Table our passion is food, but food is as much about people as it is the ingredients that go into it.  What we have been able to accomplish would not be possible without the encouragement and collaboration of the local communities we serve.  In recognition, we are committed to giving back in meaningful ways to the local organizations that support our mission to share the spirit of Vietnamese cooking.  We have made a pledge to donate 10% of all profits to the Ky Quang Orphanage, an NGO dedicated to the care and betterment of abandoned children with severe mental and physical handicaps. To learn more about what we do and the organizations whose efforts we support, click below.
