Service Description

The course begins with a tour of iconic Cho Ben Thanh, where we explore market vendors offering only the freshest ingredients, from traditional aromatic herbs and live seafood to essential spices and seasonings. Afterwards, we head back to the institute where each student will be assigned individual cooking stations and begin preparing a fully interactive four course menu from start to finish. We conclude by enjoying a sumptuous sit-down meal with dessert and refreshment.
